I can't recommend LuAnn enough as a realtor! My family and I have worked with LuAnn both as our listing agent and then as my agent when I recently purchased my first home. n nIn 2014, LuAnn helped us sell a property in San Jose. Although LuAnn is most familiar with the market in the Sacramento region, she brought her tireless efforts to San Jose and literally pounded the pavement to put out fliers. One of these fliers led to a sale for above asking to cash buyers!! n nBased on this experience, I didn't hesitate to go back to LuAnn when I was looking to buy my first home earlier this year. Even as an attorney, the process sometimes seemed overwhelming but LuAnn's responsiveness at all hours, knowledge of the process and the market, integrity, and work ethic made the buying process much easier. LuAnn is a strong negotiator; when you first walk through a home and imagine the possibilities, LuAnn is looking out for issues and factors that affect value.
