LuAnn Shikasho
Great Agent
We were moving back to California after living out of state for 5 years. We met with Luann via Zoom and corresponded heavily through email and text. A few weeks before our move we flew out and Luann set aside time 2 days to meet with us and show us a number of houses. We made our decision and she eagerly put in our offers and got our price reduced and solar thrown in. She kept everything moving smoothly and made sure we closed in time. She is a great agent to work with. I highly recommend Luann. 🙂

Buyer
Thank you so much, Rita, for your kind words and recommendation! It was truly a pleasure assisting you with your move back to California. I'm delighted to hear that our Zoom meetings and correspondence made the home-buying process more convenient for you. Seeing the excitement in your entire family as you toured homes and found the perfect one was rewarding. I can hardly believe we found homes that were perfect, right next door to each other, ready to move into, so we were able to save you the hassle of moving twice and the cost of that, too! In addition, I'm really happy we could negotiate a great deal with the price reduction and solar addition!! It was such a win-win-win. Wishing you and your family wonderful memories in your new home! Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else I can do for you. 😊
