Amazing experience with Jason Boltz and LuAnn

We recently purchased a house working with LuAnn and Jason Boltz. To say that we had a great experience would be a huge understatement. We had very unique vision for what we wanted and Jason quite literally became a member of our family and a forever friend during this Journey. Tirelessly working with us, multiple road trips through Northern California, endless inquiries into various aspects of the each property and finally resulting in the purchase of our dream home. I can’t say enough good things about this company and Jason in particular. A true professional and good friend throughout. He would give us honest and earnest advice. Never for a second did we ever think that he had any interest in mind but ours going well past the point of us feeling guilty about how hard he was working. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason and LuAnn to anyone in the market just looking for someone they can trust. The process is so confusing and scary, in a world where everyone seems to be only interested in their own gain it is incredibly refreshing to have done business with such a company. To not have to worry about that aspect meant everything to us, and to gain a friend was an unexpected joy. Our son literally runs around pretending to be ‘Realator Jason’… serious. If you want no pressure, honest information, someone to have your back and be ready to fight for everything you want and tell you honestly when something you might think you want needs to be re-thought. Go with this company. Not a possible way you’d regret it.
