Luann is the Wizard of Real Estate!

Before the sign even went up on the property I was selling Luann already had a game plan. She has tremendous market knowledge for every specific area that her listings may come from. She studies each individual aspect of her listings and compares them to other properties in the surrounding area. She is NOT afraid of work! She is always punctual and available and phone calls are rarely answered with a voice mail. Her paperwork is always accurate and on time. She is proud of what she does and it shows. Her work ethic is off the charts. She dedicates herself to each and every client she deals with and has answers to virtually any and all questions. If an answer is not readily available it will be within 24 hours. She is a people person and truly cares about her clients. She goes the extra mile (and then some) to make sure her client knows everything that is going on at every step of the way. She makes sure that both parties involved in the deal are treated fairly and with respect. The one basic quality that stands out to me about Luann is her humanity. She doesn't treat her occupation as a job. She looks at it through the lens of HELPING people. She truly cares and wants to see everyone happy and satisfied when the deal is closed. She is the Wizard of Real Estate because of her personality, her caring nature, her calmness, her knowledge and her human kindness. What better qualities should a Wizard have?
