I worked with LuAnn Shikasho to sell my house in Elk Grove. She came over to consult with me when I was fixing up the home after tenants left. The house showed beautifully with the economical stager that she uses, and the photos and videos were top-notch. We had two hard moments when the sale almost fell through, but LuAnn stayed calm and kept me informed the whole time. She helped me show off the remodel we did on the house, and she was honest with me about the market even when it was tough news. In the end, we got the house sold for market value. I would recommend LuAnn because she doesn't ever give up and the team is very efficient!
