During August and amid the restrictive and challenging conditions presented by COVID-19, LuAnn expertly helped me sell my home on a short timeframe and culminating with a sale above list-price. LuAnn's guidance was crucial in preparing the house ready to list quickly. The stager and photographer she recommended beautifully presented the house to buyers on the big real estate websites and social media with gorgeous photos and a spectacular video. With the fluctuations in the market at the time, LuAnn's experience in setting the correct sale price resulted in house going into contract in 4 days and being sold above the asking price.
