Excellent Results

We were very happy with our experience with LuAnn as our realtor. We interviewed three realtors before deciding to go with her. She followed up with us after first meeting her, and supplied printed materials explaining the house selling process. We also knew we wanted certain services such as staging which she was able to provide. LuAnn used multiple and creative marketing tools to promote our house, attracting multiple interested buyers. We also felt she would be a strong negotiator when it came to closing, which turned out to be the case.
