Luann represented us as buyers in Sacramento, a city we were not familiar with. She was very hands on helping us narrow down the area and criteria that worked best for us, and was a hardnose negotiator. We only had 3 weeks to close with the holidays thrown in, and because she is so experienced and well-connected, she set us up with inspections immediately, an amazing mortgage broker, and we finished our part of escrow in 11 days. 11 days!! Escrow and getting a loan approved is usually painful and nerve-racking, yet we were in such incredibly good hands with Luann and her team. She was in constant communication, ultra responsive and on top of things. I’ve worked with so many realtors in LA, Bay Area, etc and this experience blew our minds.
