We thought she did an excellent job taking our concerns seriously and presenting them to the sellers on our behalf. You can't go wrong with LuAnn (and Trent). Overall experience is great. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, and conscientious. I have had the pleasure of having LuAnn to help me on both being the seller and buyer of homes. Her market knowledge is very high. Her communication skills are top-notch as she constantly updated me on all issues and pending items throughout the buying/selling process. And has exceptional follow-up skills to make sure everything is being taken care of especially deadline dates And is very professional and even willing to step in and help out when things are not going the way she thinks they should be going even when caused by other brokers.
So I started off just browsing listings not seeing anything that really caught my eye. And then there was that first listing that I thought, oh that's priced to move, I really wish I had an agent right now. I knew of Luann from my friend who had purchased with her recently and spoke very highly of the experience and so l texted her that night. She was able to get me set up with her associate agent Trent and in to view the property next day. While that first property wasn't the one I went with, I really appreciated the hustle. Homes move fast and every time I texted over something I wanted to see Trent was able get me in same/next day - which was no small feat with my rather terrible work hours. Luann put me completely at ease walking me through all the paperwork and negotiation process. You're definitely going to appreciate all her industry connections as well - I had great experiences with her referred mortgage broker Frank who came in with the best rate offer (believe me, I shopped around) as well as her recommended home inspectors, etc. Highly, highly recommend Luann and her team, thanks again.
As a first time home buyer, Luann was incredibly helpful and made my first home buying experience stress free. She was very responsive whenever I texted/called and even sat down with me and provided a detailed rundown of everything I needed to know as a first time buyer when I first started looking. When putting an offer on the house I'd eventually buy, Luann provided updates to me and did everything she could to make sure my offer was competitive. I'm very thankful that I was able to have Luann as my real estate agent and would recommend her to anyone I know as she was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
