Excellent agent
Luan is a very dedicated agent. He represented us as a seller agent and worked with us closely during the transaction. He's always available and responded quickly to our questions via text or emails. He followed up with buyer agent and escrow agent regularly to make sure the escrow is moving along and the deal can close on time. He helped us on a different transaction as a buyer agent and he also did a great job. He's willing to give back a portion of his commission to help us with the closing cost which we really appreciate. Overall, we are very happy with Luan's service.
