After two disappointing experiences with realtors from another company, fate led me to Lu, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the first time I contacted Lu for help selling my property, I felt she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She does a great job of explaining the process and kept me aware of everything that was happening. Lu also has a laser focus on details and was able to catch a contract error (from the other side) and work with the buyer’s agent to fix the issue, without delaying closing.
