Tara was excellent. She responded to our request to meet her quickly. She presented herself professionally. She demonstrated extensive knowledge of our area. She priced our home appropriately and thus we had a buyer during the slowest months of the Goodyear market.

Tara is very professional & honest . She was knowledgeable about the market in my neighborhood. I appreciated her compassion concerning the unique situation we were facing. She was always flexible in facilitating temporary time off market. She did a great job negotiating the sale price of our home & walking with us through closing. I will definitely recommend her as an agent to sell your home.

Tara is the best because: 1. She shares her in-depth market knowledge clearly & objectively 2. She has a network of contacts for everything - title co, repair people, movers, etc. 3. She is on top of the process at every step - no dropped balls. All of the above make what can be an extremely stressful process into much smoother sailing.

Tara is an absolutely phenomenal real estate agent! Without having her spearhead the home buying experience it would’ve probably never happened. I used her because she was the listing agent and negotiations went a lot faster and smoother. There were several speed bumps that she was able to maneuver around and still solidify the deal. There is no question whatsoever that I highly recommend her and her team. Excellent communication, goes the extra mile and then some, makes you feel that you are important, and is available at any given moment. If you plan on buying a house, make sure you strongly consider using Tara and her team. Some Agents are just in it for the commission, and I can certainly assure you this is not the case. She works extremely hard and is super intelligent, and very trustworthy ,does her job excellent. She has a happy demeanor and business mindset. She is super thorough, to detail mindset, and a true superstar!

Tara was so great throughout our whole experience of looking for a new home, selling our home, and purchasing a new home/build. Tara knew so much about the market, solar, different areas around the valley, what to look for and take into consideration-- we felt so comfortable and lucky to get to work with her. We found her through an informational online presentation she hosted on buying/selling homes with solar. The home we sold had a nice solar system set up, and we wanted to be sure we were approaching the market in the best way we could. We're so grateful to Tara for sharing all of her knowledge with us and guiding us through everything. Tara was amazing at navigating the offers on our home, and getting all of the information to us. When we were looking for a new home, it was great to have Tara there with us- giving us things to consider and how to navigate the purchase of a new build. We couldn't recommend her more!

Tara, Abby and her team are great to work with. She had our best interest at the forefront of the transaction. Her knowledge was much appreciated and she was in constant communication with us which gave us peach of mind with our first home purchase.

Tara helped coordinate the sale of our previous home, contingent on buying a new build in Phoenix. We had to move quickly, and although there were a ton of moving pieces, Tara was well-organized and helped guide us through every step of the process. She was in constant communication with us and we were never surprised by anything. Moving is a stressful time and a lot has to happen in order for things to complete. Tara made the process as easy as possible and we couldn't be happier. Her advice, partnership, professionalism, and friendship are so valued, and we will always be forever grateful.

Tara's knowledge base, skill, efficiency, and experience came together to sell our home quickly during a difficult life transition. She understood the huge benefit of our PHX house having solar as her background includes extensive knowledge of the solar photovoltaic industry. She gave detailed metrics in regard to data concerning recent home sales in our area and the overall economic woes of the current 2024 interest rates. Throughout our home selling process, Tara was incredibly communicative immediately answering calls, texts, and emails keeping us informed about every development. After pricing, she personally added staging and had outstanding photographs taken of our home. We priced the home based upon her recommendation and received multiple offers prior to the house hitting the MLS. We accepted an offer that day at 40K over asking. Tara demonstrated excellent problem solving with our home inspection and buyer concessions. We closed on schedule with Tara and her excellent team behind us. We highly recommend Tara due to her straight-forward approach, ability to navigate bumps in the road, her integrity, and her results. I personally cannot thank Tara enough for providing support well beyond the transaction. She even went as far as selling and removing furniture for me that I had to leave behind in the house. In a nutshell, Tara has extensive real estate knowledge, she is available, she is responsive, she is tireless and extremely accommodating. She listens, she's beyond patient and she communicates well. She is brilliant, she is savvy, she's experienced and well-connected. Having someone of Tara's caliber in your corner is a godsend.

Tara provided us with her keen insight into the specialized market our home was located in. It was not a rosy picture even though initially we thought we knew better. After reviewing her analysis and reading more about the greater Arizona market we understood our pricing position had to change. We dropped our price and sold the home within 1-2 weeks after finally listening to her sage advice. The final price was slightly lower than what we paid a couple years ago but she was spot on and we received a fair market price in about a month’s time. She also had an outstanding array of quality service providers like her tile and carpet cleaner, handy man for minor repairs, house cleaner, window washer and Title/Closing agents. Thank you Tara (and Lisa!) for all you and your team’s excellent service, expertise and insights!

Tara is a real real estate professional. She knows the market, is a true student of the business and always on top of all aspects of the purchase/sale of properties. She is responsive, communicates clearly, sets reasonable expectations and pays attention to details large and small. She knows the solar industry which helps both sides of the transaction tremendously. We can't recommend her highly enough. If you want a top notch ethical real estate expert who can negotiate the best deal for you then work with her and her team.

Tara and her team did a great job in helping us find a new home in Estrella. Tara had a number of recommendations for very qualified vendors that we needed as well.

Working with Tara was amazing, great knowledge, timely responses and good communication made our homebuying a piece of cake 🎂 😀
