The BEST! What more can I say?! There is a hard market these days. HOWEVER, Tara did her magic with analysis, timing, and my home sold during the “coming soon” phase. That’s right; before it even hit the regular MLS. And no the price was not too low. I am very satisfied in more ways than there is room to explain in this review.
