I don't even know where to begin..Tara was beyond amazing..she took about a week to sell our home..She could not do more for us then she did..from the photographer she works with to puppy sitting our dog she went far above what we could have imagined!! She was professional, and so responsive to all our needs.. Absolutely THE BEST! She was my agent for both buying a new house and selling the old one. For buying, she worked with us for what we wanted, and then she could find us showings that actually matched. For selling, she was very involved, walking through the house and making suggestions to make it sell quicker and for more. Her suggestions netted us $20,000 extra on the sale - NET! She knew what to do, and who to have do it, and we just followed her lead. 15 showings the first day, with 10 offers. She is very proactive to preempt any issues BEFORE they happen. 7/17/20 My husband and I recently bought and sold homes. It was a crazy ride through this CoVid pandemic. When you are trying to buy and sell at the same time in normal circumstances its stressful but 2020 definatley gave us a ride we will never forget.
