About Loyce

Being a native of Rutherford County, and having been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years gives me an advantage of "knowing the county". I started my career in my family's lumber manufacturing business, then begin my own, This experience has taught me the in's and out's of the challenges of obtaining commercial loans, site selections, zoning, personnel issues, management, sales, logistics, as well as the many other aspects of running a business. I use these experiences to help my clients obtain their goals in the commercial/industrial marketplace. Whether it is purchasing land to refurbishing buildings, or to purchasing/leasing office spaces, buying or selling farms, timberland, or recreational properties, I would love the opportunity to earn your trust.
