Loy kept us out of neighborhood w/ water problems, which we would have never know being from out of state. Instead, she suggested looking into Shea homes near Chatfield state park. We absolutely Love the location. We love the floor plan which she picked specifically for our needs-a multi generational space. She was detailed oriented, which we are not. She also reminded us at our 1 year anniversary how we should proceed in regard to warranty items with a new build. She sticks with you the whole way through!!! Doesn’t just close and never hear from her again. We will be repeat clients because of her talent as an agent!!!!
