With us being isolated in another state and unable to travel to Louisiana due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, Lovelle helped us through all of the steps in purchasing our dream retirement home in Mandeville, Louisiana entirely by phone, email and texts. With the house being first listed on a Saturday, we were able to "virtually" tour the home with Lovelle through countless pictures and videos, find out more details about the house through Lovelle's contacts with the sellers' broker, and Lovelle was able to put us in touch with a fantastic mortgage broker who was able to get us pre-approved quickly. With our house being the subject of a bidding war with another prospective buyer, Lovelle was able to recommend a successful bidding strategy and put in a bid for us on the following Monday, which was accepted on Tuesday. Even after the contract was finalized, Lovelle continued to help us sight unseen through her many contacts with numerous details associated with buying the house, including the construction of a fence and an associated survey, recommendations on pool service and landscape maintenance and the like. Lovelle communicated with us constantly and effectively on all of these matters. Our closing was handled through a power of attorney, and Lovelle helped our attorney with the pre-closing inspection and the closing. FANTASTIC and WOW.
