Louise was the absolute best. From the start she listened to what we wanted and guided us through our first home purchase. We were very green home buyers for the area. Louise was extremely patient with us. She quickly made showing appointments and responded to texts any day of the week. She took time showing us many different neighborhoods, townhomes, single family homes and even a historical home that peaked our interest. The home we ended up purchasing, Louise had showed us initially but it was a bit out of our price range. We waited a while and the price dropped. Louise, brought it back to us and suggested we consider it again. Once we stated negotiation Louise was again fantastic. She advised, but also followed what we were comfortable with and shared her opinion when asked. I would highly recommend Louise! She was a fantastic real estate agent, and also part therapist. She showed us what we wanted, when we didn’t even know what we wanted. You won’t be disappointed with Louise as your agent.
