Louise is a very honest realtor. She thoroughly explained the sales plan from start to finish and stuck by it throughout the entire listing. My property sold quickly after a previous company was unable to sell it during a 4 month contract. There were no surprises and every Tuesday evening I received a phone call explaining the progress through the week. Louise was able to get us full asking and even had backup buyers in case financials or association issues arose, which of course none did. I would highly recommend hiring Louise to sell any property.
