Louise has helped me buy my home, and then subsequently rent it out to a few different tenants over the years. I love working with her which is why she is the only realtor that I've used, on my Philadelphia upscale condo. I've used other realtors in the past, but Louise by far is the best. She is attentive, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, and easy to get along with. She is super smart, on top of the details, and uses all the latest technology to make my life easier - we get all the paperwork done easily online and use FaceTime to catchup. Louise is an excellent realtor because she works so hard to make sure that her clients are well informed and feel comfortable every step of the way. She even goes out of her way for clients of others' realtors, and that is because she is truly a star. I honestly don't think you can get better than Louise. She is outstanding and I love working with her - always look forward to hearing from her - which she keeps to a minimum unless she really needs me. She is great.
