She took the time to explain the state of the market, set expectations and her suggested timeline. We made the right choice as we never felt overly stressed during the process, that was in part by Louise prompt communication and her experience.

Buying a home for the first time was very stressful. Louise helped me see everything was a lot simpler then what I would have thought. Her expertise and compassion helped me see that she was looking out for me and my best interest. To her it's more then just making a sale. If I am ever looking to buy another home, she would be the one I would call.

Louise is friendly and sincere. She is fairly low key, which I like. We both subscribe to the idea that it “just takes one” when it comes to a buyer. I missed the post Covid window so the value of my property wasn’t as strong as it had been but Louise's sincere desire to assist people in finding the right property attracts the right people. The property I sold was over an hour away and I appreciate not having to do much with it after readying it for sale. The experience was pleasant and easy. Who gets to say that about selling real estate?
