We met Louise at an Open House she was conducting. From the beginning we enjoyed her enthusiasm, friendliness and knowledge. We explained we wanted to do a property exchange (1031) and from there we exchanged contact information. A few months had passed before we committed to sell our home and move forward. I cannot comment enough about the quality and quantity of service, a buyer or seller receives when they choose Lousie (Weezie) Flannagan as their choice agent for their real estate transaction. From beginning to end, Weezie was there for it all. From making the correct assessment of price to list the home, the little touches to make to bring the pop and shine to attract buyers and staging, to the showing and negotiation strategy, she is an expert and did it all. In listing our estate sale and helping price items for sale, she too took care of the bulk of the operation. Then comes to the new home purchase. Being that we were moving out of state, Weezie used her personal network (of which is huge by the way) to connect us with an agent she actually knew in our new area of choice. She matched us perfectly, and we found a great new location and home. We decided to remodel, and she found, interviewed and helped select the contractor, she designed the remodel, coming out to measure and shop for flooring, cabinets, appliances etc. There are no realtors I know who care for the well-being of their clients so much. Good luck to find such a person, most are simply on to the next pile of money they can find. Weezie cares and will be there with you every step of the way. There is no way I can thank her enough for what she has helped us with, we'd have been lost without her!
Im not one to normally leave reviews; however, my experience with Louise Flanigan was excellent. Her knowledge of Real estate and experience really shows. As a first time home buyer she helped me understand the process and explained everything in detail. It always felt like she was one step ahead of everyone and really good with communicating. Most Importantly she promised to find me a home and she kept her word. If you are looking for an agent that is willing to go the extra mile and pursue your dream house, you wont regret Louise Flanigan.

Louise was so helpful and on top of all paperwork from start to closing escrow. For background, I have never owned a home, and I was so nervous about the home buying process and keeping on top of all the paperwork! (I did not even know what escrow meant prior to my first house viewing!) She kept a great open communication with both the seller and I. She explained all the necessary things to me, and I felt more at ease. Louise answered all my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. She held my hand through the whole process. Her special touch is that at closing, we popped champagne! Thought that was so cute. I appreciate Louise for opening the door to my first home!!

Louise was a good guide for me as a first time home buyer. There were a lot issues with our home sale since the seller was deceased, but she worked out the kinks. And especially worked with my mistakes. She even helped with knowledge about local handymen and has great taste and help with our renovation. Will use her again.
I can’t believe how hard it is to buy a house nowadays. I bought one back in 1998 and it wasn’t this hard. I sold that one in 2012. So it had been a while since i bought a house. Louise sent me all kinds of listings for houses/condos/townhouses and i looked at a lot. It was a struggle to find something that worked for my family and within my budget for a single mom. Louise put in several offers on my behalf but the housing market was full of buyers and my first 2 offers were not accepted. Even going above asking price on the 2nd one. I had gotten very discouraged. Louise kept cheering me on telling me we would find the right place. Louise did a lot of work negotiating for me on all these places. She would never give up. When i was about to give up she approached me with a pocket listing, which is a listing that is not going on the market but agents with a real estate agency can show their clients. I looked at it and thought i can make this work. So i had Louise put in an offer and she negotiated back and forth. I got the house. There is so much paperwork that goes into offers and counteroffers, etc. Louise was on it with every paper i had to review and sign. She did a lot of work for me and my boys over the 7 months we worked with her. I’m thankful Louise was my agent. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to buying a house. I highly recommend Louise to anyone looking for a property. She will be by your side the entire time, and that is what you need in today’s market.
