I didn't have to stress at all with Louisa helping me. She took care of everything I needed from start to finish. I have a very busy job and I travel a lot. I was worried that I would not have the time to put into finding my dream home. Louisa set up a search for me with an email link to view properties. Once I found one I liked I literally sent her a text with the address of the house I wanted, and she took it from there. The process was seamless. I highly recommend her!

Wow! Best realtor I have worked with and I have worked with several other wonderful realtors (making purchases in other states). She is a masterful project manager--she knows the deadline for each step of the process, how to keep it moving, how to influence others to move forward--and in a way that is thoughtful, respectful, courteous.
