Where do I even start ! I will never ever go to another realtor as long as Louisa is working ! Louisa is kind, understanding and never makes you feel like your wants and needs aren’t important. Louisa was honest from the first home to the last home that we looked at. She shared the great things and the not so great things and kept me very level headed and informed the entire time ! Wow! Best realtor I have worked with and I have worked with several other wonderful realtors (making purchases in other states). She is a masterful project manager--she knows the deadline for each step of the process, how to keep it moving, how to influence others to move forward--and in a way that is thoughtful, respectful, courteous. She cares about her clients, advocates for them, and negotiates for their needs/wants/desires. She got us everything we asked for (and weren't expecting to get!)
