Louisa was first contacted by us about a year ago and she assisted us until the sale fell through due to complications with a 1031, not associated with LOuisa. However, we told her that we will be ready again in about a year to purchase again and she managed to contact us to get us going again. This offer that we closed on recently, Louisa did an amazing job negotiating the sellers credit for an issue in the house, she provided us with a lender, and she is also managing our property. So she truly is a one stop shop. Takes the hassles out of buying real estate and renting.
