Great Experience

Louise went above and beyond for the purchase of our new home and subsequent sale of our initial home. He spent time to know and understand the neighborhood, including comps. This helped in pricing as well as when it came time for our appraisal. He made suggestions for staging prior to photos and prior to showings which helped in a quick offer/negotiation process.
