Louis and his team are nothing short of amazing! Louis helped us with the purchase of our home so I knew he was the right agent to help us with the sale. My husband is active duty military and just transferred out of state so we could not be present for the process/sale of our home in California. Louis and his team were so great at communicating they made us feel like we were physically there for the whole thing. Not only did Louis make sure our home was staged perfectly and the listing had professional photos and description, but he is honest, reliable and worked great with the potential buyers.

In the end, we found our ideal home, Louis came up with the absolute best offer and terms that the sellers could not resist despite not being the biggest $ offer. Later the sellers' realtor told us our terms were so good he used them in an offer for another client! We would not be in this great home without the Palacios team. Louis helped my fiance Patty and I buy our first home in Encino just this last December.
