Louis Martinez

It's hard to describe how wonderful working with Louis was. I met Louis at an open house near my parents home and while I was already working with another realtor, listening to Louis talk to other clients and listening to his experience and knowledge was what caught my eye. At the time I wasn't happy with realtor and felt like I was doing the majority of work and going nowhere. That is when I decided to reach out to Louis and change my realtor. From the start he knew exactly what I was looking for and was always sending homes that match what I was looking for. Being a nurse my schedule was always different and I work long hours but Louis always went above and beyond to make sure that even if I couldn't make an open house he would and he would send me a youtube video link to see what my thoughts were. Communication with him was exceptional, whether it was a text or email he always responded immediately and followed up with the other agents to get me an appointment to view the home or check the status of the home I was interested in. His experience and knowledge shows and he was always able to give me good feedback and advice. I never felt pushed to make an offer I didn't feel comfortable with and I never felt rushed to find a home. He understood this was my first home and what my goals were. I will definitely be working with Louis again in the future and I am happy to say that he is not only my realtor but a dear friend of mine.
