Louis was absolutely exceptional representing us in the sale of our home. He was extremely accessible and attentive throughout the whole process, and it felt like he was taking as much care as if it were his own home that he were selling. He spent a good amount of time with us going through the disclosures form to make sure we had everything listed to prevent future issues, as well as helped jog our memories to all of the improvements we had made over the years. He had great resources to share with us - stager, photographer, landscapers - which helped our home shine and sell at a great price. He was very patient with all of our questions and always answered them thoroughly. He was also a strong negotiator when it came to some details with the buyers towards the end of the sale. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that he is caring, professional, and very knowledgeable about the housing market in the East Bay; I could not recommend him highly enough!
