My brother and I needed to sell my parents home recently and hired Louis as our realtor agent. His experience, knowledge, expertise, and negotiating skills were excellent, far beyond an A++. Louis advised us every step of the way, facilitating and simplifying the home selling process. Louis is an honest and sincere person, who was always there for us. When needed, he was able to provide references to pros who were able to help get the home "ready for sale". Because of COVID-19, he used his fantastic technology skills to show the home virtually, which totally blew me away! This method secured a record number of interested buyers the very first day the home was listed! We were very blessed and fortunate to have Louis as our agent and would not hesitate "a New York minute" to hire Louis again in the future!

We found Louie as a selling agent, very competent, patient, and kind. He showed great respect with the 70 years of skilled labor and improvements my parents had accomplished. He made suggestions as to how we could make certain changes to improve the over all desirability of our home. He was very positive and made it seem less like business and more a family affair. In 1 day we had 7 offers and I was impressed as he pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of each offer. We felt very assured.

You hear of horror stories and honestly this was the best home buying experience I could have dreamnt of. So very fortunate to find our dream home in the CV Hills.

Buying our first home with Louis was an amazingly wonderful and positive experience. He consistently outshined the other real estate agents we engaged with by being proactive, on top of things and thorough. When we started our search, we had no clue of how the process went or what to expect. Louis guided us the whole journey, educating us and answering all our questions (and I had A LOT). He was completely flexible and accessible during the COVID-19 shelter-in-place via phone, Zoom and in-person showings. We were looking in the Castro Valley / Hayward / San Lorenzo area, and he was quite knowledgeable about the area. He kept us on budget, and his suggestions were realistic and spot on when considering properties. Using his experience and knowledge of the process, he made very thoughtful suggestions on how to be competitive with only 5% down (I won’t give away his trade secrets here!). He also steered us away from “bad situations” in which shady practices were being hidden in the fine print. After 3 offers, we ended up with a beautiful, move-in ready home in San Lorenzo, comfortably below our max budget. Louis always listened to our wants, and went above and beyond for us (he always made us feel like we were his #1 client). We ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN recommend Louis as an agent. Louis is someone you want in your corner! Our house hunting journey started over 4 years ago when we saw a cute little house with a red door in the neighborhood I grew up in. We thought, 'well this would be fun!' As first-time bidders he walked us through everything we needed to be prepared for and helped us understand our house owners' responsibilities so we could really understand the financial impact. After a very intense bidding war we didn’t get the house, but we jumped into looking for another gem! Louis took us to tour neighborhoods to understand what we were looking for and what our non-negotiables were. Over the last four years he has shown us houses, helped us bid, and completely understood when we said, “nope, that’s out of our range” or “it doesn’t spark joy”. Flash forward to 2020, days before the shelter-in-place hits we find the perfect off-market house. He’s great at what he does. He did his research, estimated what the house would go for (he was spot on), worked wonderfully with the seller agent to place an off-market bid. During escrow, there were lots of twists and turns. With both of us still working in the field as essential workers, we felt calm during the process because we had Louis double checking everything and keeping everything on track. His professionalism, charisma, and dedication are the perfect combination to work with anyone and everyone. I want to thank him for sticking with us for 4 years and working with our very specific wants and needs.
