Working with Lou was a great experience. I started using Lou to look at rental properties in the Rome / Utica area. We would converse over phone, email and text daily talking strategy. If I ever wanted to look at a property Lou would make sure to get me in the day that I wanted and at the time that I wanted. Lou went to the tables multiple times for me and ultimately we ended up buying a new house for my wife and I. We went and looked at the property at 6 PM at night and had an offer submitted by 8:30 PM. Lou got the offer accepted and we didn’t pay a penny over what we wanted to pay. Lou was great during the closing process and kept in contact with the sellers attorney and realtor throughout the entire process. I look forward to using Lou in the future when buying more rental properties.
Lou handled every detail of selling my home. Before the house was put on the market he went through what I should expect. He gave me a checklist to follow to make sure the house looked perfect for showing. When the time came for me to put it on the market I emptied it and left for Florida. Lou took care of the rest. He made sure the pictures that were taken showed the best aspects of my home. He had it sold with in 24 hours and had e mailed me a contract to electronically sign. During the waiting process for the closing he would check in and assure me everything was moving along smoothly. Lou didn't miss a beat and he did all this during the Covid-19 Pause.
