My home which was lakefront on Lake Jackson had been on the market for 5 years. I had every realtor from Everybodies Best Friend to Mr. I guarantee you a sale. No one did anything but tell me to lower the price. Cousin Vinny sold my house in 6 months during the winter and the winter is a horrible time for lake homes. Not only that he raised my price back up to where I had started and I got within 5k of the asking price. Now I know that sounds great but...he also gave me the lowest seller agent commission by far of anyone else. Would I reccomend him...yes and you can take that to the bank, I did!

Cousin vine sold my home after it languished for a year with another realtor. He was professional , and went above and beyond the call of duty, even acting as our agent in acquiring a new refrigerator for the place after ours quit.The HOA said the fence that they had approved just 3 years prior had to go when the house sold, and he removed it himself. I cannot say enough about what a great job he did for us. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, or sell their home.
