The fact that he's also bilingual is such a plus to us as my husband (who is Spanish-speaking) was very comfortable in communicating with Louie. Louie was able to negotiate the sale of our house to our benefit and after experiencing selling a house previously with another realtor, it was amazing to realize that there are realtors who care for their clients.
