Louie was fantastic at helping me sell my house. I never sold a property before and he walked me through everything. Immediately put on market, priced competitively and sold it in a matter of days (3). He worked with all the other realtors to coordinate many showings within the first 2 days on market. This was the third time we used Louie as our realtor (2 purchases, 1 sale) and this experience was just as great as the previous 2. Louie does a great job of utilizing his experience and expertise while also taking your feedback/input into account. He takes care of as much as possible during the process so it's minimal stress for you. His listing strategy worked perfectly as we received multiple offers in the first 2 days, and he negotiated to get us the highest price. We listed our house as the market began to slow considerably so we weren't sure what to expect, but it couldn't have gone better. Can't recommend using Louie enough!
