We couldn't be happier than we are with LouAnn Papp. We used her for the purchase of our home in Florida and she ensured everything moved quickly while keeping us well informed. She is extremely knowledgeable, which boosted our confidence. When we needed to sell our Florida home we of course used LouAnn again. We trusted her knowledge of the market and priced our home accordingly. We received an offer for our asking price, which we accepted. LouAnn stays on top of the buyer's lender to make sure everything is approved, and that the sale will proceed smoothly. Just before closing, the buyer's loan was refused, which left us in a hard spot. LouAnn stayed on top of the entire situation and kept us informed. Miraculously the buyer was referred to another lender that somehow finalized the loan within just days of our original closing date. The sale may have not gone through had LouAnn not been so diligent in her following up with the buyer's lender/agent.
Louann called me back within minutes when I had any questions. She made sure I understood all instructions so there were no questions. She did a virtual walk through of our home for us since we did a long distance purchase. I felt like I was a valued customer. She made sure all repairs it touchups were taken care of.
