It was a real treasure to have a realtor that responds to texts, that can negotiate, be proactive and took the time to explain the process every step of the way. He was honest and never sugarcoated anything. We can never thank him enough for all the help he provided and ensuring we were always in good hands and he was on the ball. I never felt like he wasn't handling it. He had great communication. I would definitely call on him again and recommend him.
