Very knowledgeable in real estate matters. Excellent grasp of our wants and needs in a home. Very patient when we were indecisive. All around delight working with him. Must be a pleasure to be one of his associates. Having purchased and sold 18 homes in our lifetime, Lou Thurmond ranks right up there at top. He arranged for price concessions, home inspections, timely walk-through, the closing and much more.
