Lou did such an amazing job finding the perfect home for me. Friendly and kind, but fought tooth and nail over issues when my best interests were at stake. As a first time buyer, I was not familiar with many things. Lou explained any questions I had--even more amazing, she was proactive in sending me detailed lists with contact information/prices for inspections (and arranged them on my behalf), utilities, etc. I know without doubt that I would not have my current dream home with any other realtor because she went the extra mile.
