Lou was great! We had been looking for the right home for us in a specific area. For approximately 1 1/2 to 2 years . During this search Lou was very patient and accomadating to our requests and time frames. We trusted his knowledge and experience in guiding us through this stressful experience. When attending ope houses or showings, Lou was very thorough with explaining everything in the house with me, from the types of flooring to how long he believed appliances would last and what kind of work I would have to put into the home once purchased, which put into perspective the money I would be spending after the home purchase.
