To say Lou Martinez is the Above & Beyond realtor is an understatement. Lou stays familiar with comps in your area and conveys a weekly report to each client. He walks you through each step and stays on top of things. I don't think he ever sleeps!! His knowledge of his craft is impressive. I was on a tight time line. Lou had my home listed and sold in just over 30 days. In addition, he did several days of manual labor around the house to make sure it was ready. He is quite handy and isn't afraid to get dirty. He was there at every showing for my home and managed to get me close to a full price offer during a down market where many of the other homes in the area we're sitting and not having any movement. I cannot say enough good things about Lou. He really took care of us. He personally weeded the yard; swept the kitchen floor; put up the storm shutters at the time of the hurricane; Found someone to fix the fence; found someone to fix the roof; sodded the yard; and fixed a kitchen drawer. He never came to us with a problem that he didn’t already have a solution for which was key since we were out of state and managing another home while he was trying to sell this home. That is very stressful. He turned a stressful situation into something where we could relax, because we knew he had it taken care of totally. Every week he sent us a detailed report of a market analysis of what transpired in our neighborhood and in our ZIP Code during that prior week and based upon that gave a careful assessment of what our next step should be.
