Amazingly Smooth Experience!
Lou was amazing to work with. He knew how busy my fiancé’s and my work schedules are, so he went out of his way to secure a viewing of the home ASAP before the lockbox was even put on. Lou was very knowledgeable and did so much extra background research on the home and its history over the years. Any question we had, Lou knew the answer to or promptly found out for us. He was proactive and professional with communication. This is the first house I have purchased, and Lou made the process so easy.
