Lou went above and beyond these past two years during my real estate journey. She first helped me settle at Waltham Windsor village where I rented while searching for the right home. Lou guided me through the real estate process and helped me find a beautiful home. Lou did an absolutely outstanding job!!!! Extremely professional and always available. I used the VA loan to purchase my home, so unfortunately there was a lot of bureaucracy involved throughout the process. However, thanks to Lou, I was still able to close on time. Lou is very familiar with the local area. Once we called her for a townhome in Belmont we were interested in. She immediately recalled that on the side of the end-unit home across the road, there is a garage. This is not a place we need to waste our time on. After inspections, she provided immediate feedback on what is appropriate to demand the seller to do and stick to. She is very familiar with the whole process, but is ready to admit new installations that she hasn't yet caught up to, and encouraged us to do our own research in the areas she had doubts on.

I have worked with many brokers over the years in my estate administration practice. This was my first transaction with Lou Diozzi.
