Living in another state, Lou made selling our house very easy. We had nothing to worry about. He was on top of everything. I would recommend Lou as as a realtor to anyone no questions asked. The communication between us and Lou was open and honest he recommended things that needed to be fixed to make the house sell for what for top price we made those fixes in our house was under contract within 2 1/2 three days enjoyed working with Lou and we work with him again.

My experience with Lou felt like divine intervention for me. I truly mean that. I was selling a home in Ct. and had a horrible realtor who was not doing anything to sell my home and was more invested in his “flipping homes”construction business. I simultaneously had to find a home here in Sun City so I could close on both homes as close together and as seamless as possible. Enter Lou !!🙏🏻 The best communicator, hardest go-getter. Just what I needed to calm my nerves. He did tours of homes for me just because I showed interest in them. He’s sent me listings daily with my qualification requests. He would report back. I wanted the home I eventually bought because it seemed to check all my boxes but I was afraid it would be gone. He suggested a tour with my brother, sister, and sister in law, who live here, along with him and they could Face Time me to check what I wanted checked and tell me what they thought in person. How genius is that ? We did it and I put a deposit down without ever stepping foot out of Ct. until we did the inspection. He also arranged so I didn’t have to be at closing, did the final walk through with my brother who lives in Sun City. And he kept in touch with me and the other realtor almost daily if not weekly for sure with any concerns in case things weren’t able to be seamless due to the Ct home buyer and her realtor. In the end it all worked out great! I love my home here and I feel I’ve gained a friend. He is the kind of guy you feel like you’ve always known your whole life ! Any neighbor who goes to move out or any person I ever hear is looking to move here, I will without a doubt give them Lou’s contact. Trust me when I tell you. I call everything as I see it without a filter. If only my last two homes could have been so easy !! Thank you Lou !! ☮️ You are the best !!!
