We did our entire home search virtually and Lottie was amazing! She would do walk throughs and video chat with us. She was very tuned into more than the house but the area surrounding the house. She kept us grounded too 😊 We would see a house on line and say “Oh! We want to make an offer!” Not until we see it- make sure it looks as good for real as the pictures are showing. We fell in love with the Winter Haven area and she made the trips for us without pause! Always fast responses to our questions! Would recommend her 100%!
