Lotte and Pia were very professional and thorough.

I would highly recommend the Viking Team. They work well together and made my transaction relatively seamless. They also referred me to a lender as well as a home inspector. I am spending my first night in my new place. My only regret is that I should have been more thorough with the inspection as there was an area of concern in the bathroom, kitchen vent above stove and the lighting could be better-( no lights in the living or bedroom’s ) that is on me and not the Viking team. The closing could have been in South Tampa versus Brandon which did not make sense. I also had questions for the sellers who were not at the closing. I would recommend Lotte and Pia as well as a use them in the future
