Lory Chandler is very good at her job. Most important, she’s a very good person. She checked all the boxes. She was very professional, hard working, smart, honest, informed. She told me the facts but let me have input. She held my hand all the way though. Why was that important? I am an 89 year old man with a unique piece of property and little patience. She told me upfront, to be patient and keep positive and it will sell and she was right. This was a huge endeavor for me to take on alone. Buying and selling a home at this stage in life is difficult. I never could’ve done this without Lory and the help of her husband (and a few great friends)! She was with me from beginning to closing and even after. I cannot thank her enough for her selflessness and hard work. It means so much.
