This was my first home purchase so I came into things a little overwhelmed and having no idea exactly what was involved. I hated my apartment but didn't want to pay too much more for a mortgage. The receptionist at remax connected me with Lorry because she happened to be in the office when I called, so I had no idea what to expect when I decided to work with her. I lucked out because she was fantastic to work with and made everything so simple and stress-free! I wasn't really sure what I wanted aside from my budget and a general location but Lorry was able to find properties that fit my needs. Lorry was willing to go to any home I was interested in but the ones she picked out ended up being much better options for me. I was just hoping to find a home I would like better than my apartment but she ended up finding me a home I think I'll actually love living in! Overall she was very easy to work with. She was quick to respond to emails, sent me frequent emails with possibilities, flexible with appointments for showings, and not pushy during weeks I was too busy to look. The home I chose had a second offer but she used her fantastic negotiation skills and the seller ended up accepting my offer. I loved working with Lorry and will not hesitate to recommend her!
