Lorrie Berlenbach

My husband and I met Lorrie Berlenbach at an openhouse that we happened upon in Cary, NC while visiting friends two years ago. Although we didn't have plans on relocating at that time, we were exploring the area for the future. We enjoyed speaking with her and met for lunch before we left the area and talked about relocating down the road. Suddenly Covid hit and our world was turned upside down. We decided to put our house in NY on the market and it sold almost immediatley. That's when we called Lorrie and after a conference call she went to work for us sending listings. She quickly got a feel for what we were looking for. We made two trips to NC in a period of weeks. She pretty much made herself available to us the whole time. It was exciting but exhausting work. Lorrie was great. She kept us energized and focused. She is very knowledgable of the area and about homes. She wasn't afraid to get into a crawl space or an attic. When our offer was accepted on the house we were to purchase, she was thorough in completing all necessary paperwork and keeping us abreast of all the goings on. We had a quick and seamless closing. Also, since we were relocating from out of state she also provided us with a wealth of information on services in the area and helped us with recommendations on vendors to have some work completed. She comes with a lot of experience and is very professional.

Lorrie is so experienced with a lot of knowledge about pretty much all the area around Raleigh. She helped my family to buy our first home, she was and still is " after one month of closing date" available for whatever help we might need. She was very patience with us during our house hunting and always answered her phone or email promptly. I will definitely recommend you to all the people that I know. THANK YOU SO MUCH LORRIE.

Lorrie is a very good agent, she helped us to find our first house, she was listening to our needs and requirements when we doing the house search, she has the knowledge of the market, she showed us many houses and she was there when we needed her, All what we can say about her is that we gain a new friend to the family.

Lorrie is an amazing person. She doesn’t connect with you as a Real Estate Agent, but as a honest friend. I could not have bought house without her help. She guided us through the entire process so efficiently. One thing which touched my me, let me share here, We were looking at a house that needed some work, we were almost decided that this is the house, Lorrie went to look at the house again and came back with the issue whih would have caused us to spend way more in fixing the issue. I have never seen anyone with this kind of dedication. She is so invested with her clients that she doesn’t remember how much extra miles she puts in just to make sure we get exceptional service and best suited house. I can go on and on about her but to sum up my experience with her - She is the BEST !!
