Lorrie has done a terrific job for us. We are moving across country so there are many tasks that are difficult for us to do long distance. Lorrie has done yeoman’s duty. She helped us find a structural engineer to come and do an emergency inspection at the last minute. She called around and found someone who could do it on short notice. She has had referrals for us for all of the moving related services we need. Sh is in constant touch with us about our purchase and has advocated for us on some tricky negotiations. Lorrie is very knowledgeable about the housing market and market trends. She has answered our endless questions about Atlanta real estate thoroughly. Lorrie helped us determine our criteria for our new home so that we had to do fewer showings. She was able to get us appointments to see all of the houses we ended up liking and we put in an offer on a house in two days. I have purchased five homes and Lorrie’s was the best real estate experience I have ever had. Lorrie is pleasant and enthusiastic and just a joy to work with. I highly recommend her.
