Within 60 days, Lorri actually sold our house twice. Thanks to her expertise in real estate sales she was able to determine issues with the first buyer. She was on top of the escrow and when she realized something was wrong, she went into action and following all the Real Estate laws got the process stopped. The second buyers did the trick. Lorri worked very diligently throughout the process. Open houses were held almost every weekend and she was always available to answer any questions during the process. Her social media skills are excellent. Marketing through FB, Zillow, print media, etc. brought a great amount of prospective buyers to our home which then resulted in a full-price sale. This is actually the second time we used Lorri's services. The first time was 2.5 years ago when she sold a home for my mother-in-law and that was sold in 1 day. We couldn't be any happier and can best sum it up with, "It doesn't get any better than having Lorri as your real estate representative!"
