Lorriane helped us sell my father's home when both me and my faather were out of state and while our family was in health crisis. Lorraine is hard working, compassionate, honest, fair, and dedicated. She worked very well with our family during a tough situation kept both my father and I updated every step of the way. She was exceptionally personable and professional as a real estate agent and very comforting to a family in crisis. She helped stage the home, analyzed the market continuously, pushed hard on marketing the home to bring lots of buyers in, and stayed dedicated through closing. She was easily available and quick to get back to me on any text, e-mail, or voice mail. She is an expert in what she does and is very up to date with technology. I highly recommend.

Lorraine assisted my husband and me with the sale of our house and the purchase of a new home. She first came out to our house to check out the condition and layout and what-have-you. She sat down and said she thinks our house will sell in 30 days. We thought she was crazy...homes don't sell that quickly! But wouldn't you know it, she sold our house pretty much within that timeframe (it was a few days past the 30 day mark) AND it sold for over the asking price! Lorraine marketed our house so great with a couple of open houses, advertising and really put in a lot of time on it. Since our house sold so quickly, we needed a new one! She again put in a lot of time showing us various properties. Lorraine was very patient with us as our budget changed a lot and our preferences did too. She hung in there with us though. We finally found the perfect home for our next chapter in life. We could not have done it without Lorraine! She is truly an honest and genuine person that carries over into her real estate business!
