I usually don’t give many reviews but with this transaction I feel it is necessary. Let me start by saying I have been a realtor for 54 years. I started when a cash contract was one page and a mortgage was a three page contract. Now we have “evolved” to multi page contracts that are very hard for the average person to work through. Lorraine was more than helpful with my son in purchasing a home in San Antonio. She found the right area and the right price which in this market seems like the hard part. That’s just when the work starts. She was very attentive to all the details and on top of everything from the signing of to the contract all the way to the closing process. We were lucky to find Lorraine and I hope this takes some of the indecision out of someone’s mind in picking her to help you find your home.
